Reservations, Deposits, Final Payment and Cancellations:

Please understand that when a reservation is made with O'Brien's Rogue River Outfitters and Raft Camp it is a commitment for us to reserve space for you and possibly turn other business away from that particular trip date. If you decide to cancel, it can be difficult for us to rebook a trip, especially trip cancellations close to the trip date. With this in mind, we must be firm in following our cancellation and refund policy. Thank you for your consideration.
- Full payment is due with registration for Raft Camp. Cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged more than 60 days prior to Raft Camp Session, balance of $695.00 will be refunded. Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to Raft Camp start will forfeit the entire payment. No date will be booked or confirmed without full payment. You can reserve your registration over the phone with MasterCard or Visa. We will hold a reservations date for you for 10 days, if you prefer to send us a personal check or money order.

Deposits are required for full and half day rafting reservations. Visa or MasterCard will hold your reservations. Charges will not be made for half day and full day rafting trips until the date of the trip. If reservations are made and guests cancel or don't show less than 24 hours in advance, Visa or MasterCard holder will be charged the full fare for your reservations and cash payments will be forfeited. If you must cancel less than 15 days but more than 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.

For specialty rafting and camping trips cancellations, all deposits which are 50% of the total cost and balance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation 30 days or less before a scheduled trip. If you must cancel less than 90 days but more than 30 days, your deposit will be forfeited. A substitute party may take your reservation or you may reschedule your trip within the same calendar year on a space available basis.

O'Brien's Rogue River Outfitters, LLC reserves the right to cancel any trip due to dangerous water or weather conditions. In this unlikely circumstance we would refund all payments.

A 3% BLM user fee will be charged for all trips. Guide gratuity not included.

Payment: Personal checks, Money orders, Cash, VISA, or MasterCard are accepted
Liability:
- O'Brien's Rogue River Outfitters, LLC carries liability insurance as required by the Oregon State Marine Board and the U.S. Forest Service. A river and camping experience is not without some risk. You will be required to sign an insurance waiver before all river trips.
